Refund Policy
When and how Rekomen AI refunds payments for subscriptions, credits, certification and Fix Marketplace orders.
Free check
The Online Visibility Check is free; nothing to refund.
Fix Marketplace orders
- No partner accepts the job, or Rekomen AI cannot do it within the stated time: full refund.
- The fix does not pass our re-check: the partner fixes it again within 7 days; if it still does not pass, full refund.
- You cancel before a partner has accepted: full refund. After a partner has accepted and started: refund of the part not yet done, as we assess it fairly.
- We do not refund because an AI service did not mention you afterwards: the fix removes the roadblock we found, and no one can guarantee what AI says (see the Terms of Use).
Partner subscriptions (checker)
- The 14-day trial is free. You can cancel any time before the next month starts.
- A month already paid is not refunded, except when the service did not work for a large part of that month.
Lead credits
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used are not refunded.
Certification
Refundable in full before you start the exam. Founding partners pay nothing in the first year.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] or WhatsApp +62 851 9097 9319 with your order or account. We reply within 2 working days and pay approved refunds within 14 days, to the method you paid with (QRIS or bank transfer: to an account in the payer’s name; PayPal: back to PayPal).
