Terms of Use
The rules for using rekomenai.com, the free check, the agency platform and the Fix Marketplace.
1. Who we are
Rekomen AI is operated by PT REKOMEN D TEKNOLOGI, a company registered in Indonesia, Jl. Tukad Balian No. 99x, Sidakarya, Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, Bali 80227, Indonesia (“Rekomen AI”, “we”). Contact: [email protected].
By using rekomenai.com, the free check, a partner’s checker, the agency portal or the Fix Marketplace you agree to these terms. If you use them for a company, you confirm you may accept them for it.
2. What we offer
- Free Online Visibility Check: a score from five parts (Google Maps, website, listings, social media and AI recommendations), based on public information and on answers we receive from AI services.
- Agency platform: a white-label checker for partner agencies, leads, reports, credits and certification, under a separate Partner License Agreement.
- Fix Marketplace: businesses order fixed-price fixes; the job is matched to an independent partner agency and paid through Rekomen AI.
3. Scores are estimates
AI answers change from day to day and from person to person. A score shows what we found at the time of the check; it is not a promise of any ranking, mention, traffic or sales, and no one can guarantee that an AI service will recommend a business.
4. Fair use
You may not: copy, scrape or resell our scores, reports, questions, data or software; run checks automatically or in bulk; check a business to harm it; try to get around limits, the bot check or a partner’s key; or use the service against the law. We may limit or stop access that breaks these rules.
5. Who owns what
The software, the scoring method, the reports, the brand “Rekomen AI” and the data we build from checks belong to PT REKOMEN D TEKNOLOGI. You keep the rights to the information about your own business. A report sent to you may be used inside your business and shared with people working for you.
6. The Fix Marketplace
- Rekomen AI runs the platform and takes the payment. The fix is done by an independent partner agency matched by our system; partners are not our employees.
- Prices are fixed and shown before you pay. A job is finished when our re-check confirms the fix; the partner is paid only after that.
- Customers and partners keep their contact inside the platform for jobs that started there, and do not move paid work found through the platform outside it.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
7. Accounts
Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else used it.
8. Payments
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Until card payments are live we accept QRIS, bank transfer in Indonesia and PayPal, and confirm each payment by hand.
9. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss.
10. Personal data
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 of 2022).
11. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Indonesian law applies. We first try to settle any dispute by talking; if that fails, the District Court of Denpasar decides. These terms are published in Bahasa Indonesia and English; if they differ, the Bahasa Indonesia version applies.
