What we found

In November 2026 we asked ChatGPT the questions buyers ask about Bali property, for 16 agencies, 6 developers and 9 architects. A few agencies were named in 4 or 5 of 5 answers. Many others, including firms with strong Google reviews, were named in none. Among developers and architects, one firm was named again and again while most were never mentioned.

AI concentrates recommendations. The firms it already trusts get named more, and the rest stay invisible.
